- REPLY TO QUERY FROM BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") DATED 7 DECEMBER 2022 PERTAINING TO ASIC DESIGN SERVICE CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO BY KEY ASIC

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 6 December 2022, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

1. The nature and description of each of the two contracts.

2.  In relation to Item 3(a):

          i) The nature and description of the other part of each contract.

          ii) An explanation on how the contracts also involve sales of chips, in view that the two contracts are “design 

              service” contracts.

3. Whether the contracts are renewable. If so, for how many years.

4. The full name of the client.
