We refer to the earlier announcement dated 28 October 2022 and 21 November 2022 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that a withdrawal request of the listing application for the Proposals dated 17 November 2022, has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 13 December 2022. The relevant announcement in relation to the resubmission of the listing application will be made in due course.
