We refer to the earlier announcements dated 25 October 2021, 8 November 2021, 15 December 2021, 7 February 2022, 17 February 2022, 18 February 2022, 1 April 2022, 30 May 2022 and 30 June 2022 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Private Placement has lapsed on 14 December 2022. The Company does not intend to seek for any further extension of time for the implementation of the Private Placement.
