The Board of Directors ("Board") of Straits wishes to announce that Straits Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd ("STS"), a 75%-owned subsidiary of Straits, had on 16 December 2022 entered into a share sale agreement ("SSA") with ViewQwest Sdn Bhd ("ViewQwest" or "Vendor") for the acquisition of 350,000 ordinary shares in Macro Lynx Sdn Bhd ("Macro Lynx") ("Sale Share(s)") or "Macro Lynx Share(s)"), representing 70.0% equity interest in Macro Lynx for a purchase consideration of RM700,000.00 to be fully satisfied via cash ("Purchase Consideration") ("Acquisition").
