We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 November 2022 and 23 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that a withdrawal request of the listing application for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants dated 23 November 2022, has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 20 December 2022. The relevant announcement in relation the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants and the resubmission of the listing application will be made in due course.
