We refer to the earlier announcements dated 20 May 2022, 23 May 2022, 21 June 2022, 22 June 2022 and 5 December 2022 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 20 December 2022, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 22 December 2022 to 22 June 2023 to complete the Private Placement.
