Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Carlsberg wishes to announce that the Company had in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPTs and the collective consideration of such RRPTs is 1.87% of the percentage ratio on Carlsberg’s net assets, for the period from July 2022 to mid-April 2023.
