Allianz Malaysia Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared the following single tier interim dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2022:-

(a) 69.0 sen per Ordinary Share; and
(b) 82.8 sen per Irredeemable Convertible Preference Share.

The entitlement and payment dates of the abovementioned dividends will be announced at a later date.
