Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 21 September 2022, 29 September 2022, 17 October 2022, 25 October 2022, 26 October 2022 and 08 November 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to inform that leave of Court has been granted to the Company pursuant to its application of 14 December 2022 to commence committal proceedings against Loh Ming Choon, Wong Siaw Puie, Sin Hock Min, Mohamad Hanafiah bin Zakaria and Koo Chen Yeng in respect of breaches of the Court Order dated 29 August 2022.
