The Board of Directors wishes to inform that following resignation of Mr Leong Wai Yuan and Encik Wan Afzal-Aris Wan Azmi as directors of the Company which will be effective on 1 January 2023, both of them shall also resign as members of Sustainability Committee with effect from 1 January 2023.
