Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 24 August 2022, 26 August 2022, 24 November 2022 and 30 November 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors (“Parties”) have mutually agreed to extend the period to fulfil the conditions precedent under the SSA for a further term of 6 months pursuant to the SSA.

Save for the above, all the terms and conditions of the SSA remain unchanged.
