We refer to our announcement dated 19 June 2019 in relation to the retirement of Messrs McMillan Woods Thomas as Auditors of FEHB.

On behalf of the Board of Directors ("the Board") of FEHB, we would to announce that the Board with the recommendation of Audit & Risk Management Committee has agreed to appoint Messrs Moore Stephen PLT having its address at Unit 3.3A, 3rd Floor, Surian Tower, No.1, Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan as  the new Auditors of the Company to conduct the Statutory Audit for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.  The selection is based on the proposed audit fee and engagement proposal.

The Company on 5 September  2019 had received the written Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs Moore Stephen PLT pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Company Act 2016.
