On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to inform that the Company has complied with the Rule 3.12(1)(a) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) where an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. The Company was listed and admitted to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 10 June 2019. The Company no longer requires a Continuing Adviser after its financial ending 31 December 2022.
M & A Securities Sdn Bhd will cease to act as its Continuing Adviser on 1 January 2023.
