As the Closing Price is lower than PBBANK-C80's Exercise Price of RM4.55, holders of PBBANK-C80 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PBBANK-C80 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PBBANK-C80 shall terminate absolutely.
