The Board of Directors of BINTAI wishes to announce that Bintai Energy Sdn Bhd (“BESB”) a 51% owned sub-subsidiary of the Company has on 3 January 2023, received the approved licences as Dealers under the following categories to Supply Product/Services to Exploration and Oil/Gas Companies in Malaysia from Petronas pursuant to Act 3 of Petroleum Act 1974:
(i) Licence & Registration – 20210000P Instrumentation Cables (ii) Licence & Registration – 14101500P Power & Control - General Cable
The Licenses shall be effective from 11 August 2022 to 10 August 2025.
