Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 28 January 2022, 7 February 2022, 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 5 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 1 July 2022, 1 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022 and 1 December 2022 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition and there is no major development as at to-date.
