We refer to the announcement made on 27 September 2019 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). For the consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise define herein.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.33 (1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirement (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), SNCB must, among others, submit the draft circular for the Proposals (“Circular”) to Bursa Securities, not later than two (2) months from the date of the announcement (i.e., by 27 November 2019).
In view of the above, SJ Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board of Directors of SNCB, had on 25 November 2019 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time to submit the draft Circular to Bursa Securities.
