We refer to the announcement dated 28 December 2022 in relation to the Company's application dated 28 December 2022 to Bursa Securities for an extension of time up to 27 January 2023 to submit the application and the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation ("EOT Application").
M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board of TXB, wishes to announce that, after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has resolved to grant TXB the EOT Application.
