The Board of Directors of Talam Transform Berhad wishes to announce the quarterly disclosure pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements on provision of financial assistance provided by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mutual Prosperous Sdn Bhd, a money lending company, for the quarter ended 31 December 2022.
