The Board of Directors of Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that a final single tier dividend of RM0.0013 per ordinary share has been proposed in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2022 (“Proposed Final Dividend”) subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

A further announcement on the Proposed Final Dividend's payment date, entitlement date and all other relevant information shall be made at a later date.
