Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the provision of financial assistance dated 10 January 2023.
The Board of Directors of GHL Systems Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to provide additional information, which is the limit of faclity under the top 5 loans provided by the respective subsidiaries of the Company, namely GHL Payments Sdn Bhd, GHL (Thailand) Co., Ltd and GHL Philippines Financing Services Inc., in the ordinary course of their money lending business, for the quarter ended 31 December 2022.
