Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 January 2022 and 28 January 2022 wherein it was announced that Jerasia was classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main Market LR”) as it has triggered the prescribed criteria under PN17.

On behalf of the Board of Jerasia, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 January 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for an extension of time of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 13 January 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

The outcome of the application of the said EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
