We refer to the announcements made on 23 December 2022 and 28 December 2022 respectively to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to update by informing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GDBSB, was served with a sealed copy of the Order of the High Court today 13 January 2023 following the hearing on 4 January 2023 before the Honourable Judge where the High Court of Malaya had ordered the continuation of the interim injunction and has fixed a hearing date on 23 March 2023 for this matter to be heard before the Honourable Judge. Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter. This announcement is dated 13 January 2023. |
