Reference is made to the Private Placement of up to 432,894,300 new ordinary shares in G3 Global Berhad (“G3 Global” or “the Company”) which was approved by the shareholders of G3 Global at the Extraordinary General Meeting 1 held on 8 April 2022 (“Private Placement 2022”). The Private Placement 2022 was completed on 27 June 2022 with total gross proceeds of approximately RM18.18 million raised.        

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(32) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of G3 Global hereby announces the variation on the utilisation of part of the total proceeds of approximately RM18.18 million raised from the Private Placement 2022.
