We wish to announce that MYEG-C2V expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 January 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of MYEG-C2V x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MYEG-C2V x (RM0.8887 - RM1.1000) x (1/2)
= Number of MYEG-C2V x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.8887 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the MYEG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and MYEG-C2V shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of MYEG-C2V shall terminate absolutely.
