The Board of Directors of AGMO (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 January 2023 entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement (“Agreement”) with the following parties to regulate the relationship between the shareholders of Agmo Artisan Sdn. Bhd. (“Agmo Artisan”):-
(i) Chow Yao Fong (“CYF”); and (ii) Vierge Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“VCSB”)
(collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually the “Party”).
Agmo Artisan has been set up as a joint collaboration between the Company and the Parties which is intended to be principally involved in providing software development and related consultancy services (“Project”).
