On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the parties to the SSA have mutually agreed to extend the conditional period for an additional 10 working days from 17 January 2023 (i.e. up to 3 February 2023) to fulfil the conditions precedent.
