The Board of Directors of BTM Resources Berhad wish to inform that the 100% subsidiary of the Company, BTM Renewable Green Energy Sdn. Bhd.( Company No. 201701013922[1228087-M]) has on 10th January 2023 received a letter dated 18th December 2022 from the Companies Commission of Malaysia informing that the Registrar of Companies believe that the company is not in operation. With no reply within 30 days from the date of the letter, a Notice will be circulated with the purpose of striking off the name of the company from the Register.

The Board of Directors of the Company wish to further inform that BTM Renewable Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 20th April 2017. This subsidiary has not commenced business operation and remained dormant since the date of incorporation.
