Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 12 October 2022 and 19 October 2022 in relation to the Investment Agreement and Exclusive Distribution Agreement ("Agreements") with Docsun Biomed Limited (“Docsun”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the earlier announcements made by the Company dated 12 October 2022 and 19 October 2022.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has decided to discontinue the Agreements as the due diligence review on Docsun which forms part of the condition precedent to the Agreements was unsatisfactory.

There will be no material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company for the financial year ending 31 May 2023.
