Reference is made to TDM’s announcements made on 7 April 2022 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have same meaning as set out in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of TDM wishes to announce that the HOA was terminated on 20 January 2023, as MPSB is unable to acquire the Land which has been identified by the Parties for the purpose of the Proposed Project. Following that the Parties have failed to execute the Definitive Agreement within six (6) months from the date of the HOA, as provided under the HOA.
With the termination of the HOA, KMI shall be at liberty to find another potential partner to develop and build its new special hospital building on the Land or any other land in Kelantan.
