Temasek is filing this notification form to report the change in its deemed interest from 387,171,704 Shares to 338,462,704 Shares as a result of the disposal of 48,709,000 shares by Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing Pte Ltd ("SAM Singapore").
The filing of Temasek's deemed interest arises from the deemed interest of Accuron Technologies Limited("Accuron"). SAM Singapore is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accuron which in turn is a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Temasek. Temasek is deemed interested in the 338,462,704 Shares held by SAM Singaporeby virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
Accuron and its subsidiaries are independently-managed Temasek portfolio companies. Temasek is not involved in their business or operating decisions, including those regarding their positions in Shares. |
