Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 28 June 2019 issued by MMIS Berhad (formerly known as MMIS Sdn Bhd).

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an Excluded Issue within the meanings of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of MMIS on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
