We refer to the announcement made on 3 November 2021 in relation to the extension of the Supply Agreements for the supply of pharmaceutical and/or non-pharmaceutical products by Duopharma (M) Sendirian Berhad (“DMSB”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duopharma Biotech Berhad (the “Company”)) to hospitals, clinics and others under the Government of Malaysia.
The Company wishes to announce that DMSB has received a letter from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn. Bhd. notifying DMSB that the Contract Period of the Supply Agreements have been further extended until 30 June 2023. DMSB has by letter dated 25 January 2023 notified its acceptance of the said extension.
The Supply Agreements are in the ordinary course of business of the Company.
