We refer to the Announcements in relation to the DRP.

On behalf of the Board, AIS wishes to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by the share registrar of Bank Islam, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Bank Islam will be issuing 88,736,000 new Bank Islam Shares.

The new Bank Islam Shares to be issued represent approximately 89.84% of the total number of 98,774,000 new Bank Islam Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the DRP, had all the eligible entitled shareholders elected to reinvest their respective electable portions into new Bank Islam Shares.

The said new Bank Islam Shares are expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 31 January 2023.
