We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 3 January 2023 in relation to the Company’s application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the said announcement.

The Board wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 30 January 2023, granted the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 26 July 2023 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
