The Board of Directors of Chin Teck Plantations Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company had at the 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 31 January 2023 approved the appointment of Crowe Malaysia PLT as auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, Ernst & Young PLT and to authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.
