| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Juslie Bin Ajirol was appointed to the Board of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad on 1 February 2022. He was formerly the Deputy Head of Sabah Division for Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM). He was also a Member of Parliament representing Libaran from 1999 to 2018. He has over 40 years of experience in public service where he started his career in 1979 as a Government Officer at the Education Department, Sabah. He was then appointed as Councillor for Sandakan Municipal Council in 1994 and Chairman for Sandakan Power Corporation Sdn Bhd in 1997. From 1995 to 1999, he was made a Political Secretary to the State's Ministry of Public Works and the State's Ministry of Rural Development. His experience also includes 20 years in corporate sector as Chairman of Government-Linked Companies namely Cement Industries Sabah (CIS) (2000-2004) and Sabah Urban Development Corporation (SUDC) (1999-2018). |
