Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 January 2023 in relation to the Proposals, whereby, the Company had on the even date submitted the additional listing application for new TXB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposals to Bursa Securities (“Application”).
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the withdrawal of the Application with the intention to appoint an independent adviser to advise the non-interested shareholders of TXB in relation to the Proposed Debt Settlement. The Board shall make further announcement on the Proposals in due course.
