On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Datuk Kenny Liew Hock Nean and Dr. Peter Chong Kuok Siong had vide a letter dated 3 February 2023 requested the Board to consider undertaking a voluntary withdrawal of Topvision’s listing from the official list of the LEAP Market pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements.
