PERDANA - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,556,941,898 NEW REDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES ("RCPS") IN PERDANA PETROLEUM BERHAD ("PPB") ON THE BASIS OF 2 RCPS FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN PPB HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON FRIDAY, 6 DECEMBER 2019 AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.325 PER RCPS ("RIGHTS ISSUE OF RCPS")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “<EX-RIGHTS ISSUE>” as from: 5 Dec 2019
2)    The last date of lodgment : 6 Dec 2019
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct <2/3>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <2/3>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks: The abridged prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form relating to the Rights Issue of RCPS (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Company's record of depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 6 December 2019 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated, distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue of RCPS and the Documents comply with the law of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
