Further to the Company’s announcement made on 28 April 2022, the Board of Directors of WSC wishes to announce that the Balance Sum in respect of the disposal of a piece of leasehold land situated at P.T. 4607 held under title no. H.S.(D) 62346, Mukim 01, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Negeri Pulau Pinang together with a double storey office building erected thereon has been received, hence the Disposal is completed in accordance to the terms of the SPA. (For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 28 April 2022.) This announcement is dated 15 February 2023. |
