The Board of Directors of MCT (“Board”) wishes to announce that ARSB had on 20 February 2023 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with HPC to acquire the Land for a total cash consideration of RM58.0 million (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
