We wish to announce that SENHENG-CF expired at 5.00 p.m. on 20 February 2023 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SENHENG-CF x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SENHENG-CF x (RM0.5126 - RM0.8300) x (1/1.5)
= Number of SENHENG-CF x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.5126 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SENHENG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SENHENG-CF shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SENHENG-CF shall terminate absolutely.
