The Board of Directors of Lion Forest Industries Berhad (“LFIB”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its Shareholders for the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for the LFIB group of companies to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A circular containing the information on the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.
