Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of UOA (“Board”) wishes to announce that the company had carried out a revaluation exercise on the Company’s subsidiaries (“Group”) investment properties.
The Board had on 22 February 2022 approved the incorporation of the revaluation loss in the unaudited financial statements of UOA for the 4th quarter ended 31 December 2022.
