We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 21 February 2023 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. The date the approval of the Court on the assignment of the Registered Trademarks was obtained.
  2. The date Pinefood Sdn Bhd paid the earnest money amounting to RM22,000.00 to Roti-Roti International Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation).

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 21 February 2023 and the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 23 February 2023 in relation to the aforesaid matter.

The Company wishes to furnish additional information in relation thereto.

  1. Pursuant to Clause 2A of the Deed of Assignment, the Assignor shall obtain the creditor’s approval. Since they have obtained the Creditor’s approval on 19 December 2022, approval of Court is deemed not necessary.
  2. Pinefood Sdn Bhd paid the earnest money amounting to RM22,000.00 to Roti-Roti International Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) on 11 August 2022.
