Bhd. has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal today, 23 February 2023, against part of the decision of the YA Judge Dato' Ahmad Fairuz bin Zainol Abidin delivered at High Court of Kuala Lumpur on 14 February 2023 dismissing the claim by Duta Nilai Holdings Sdn Bhd.
