Reference is made to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement and Proposed Shares Issuance dated 7 December 2018, 11 December 2018, 27 December 2018, 9 January 2019, 24 January 2019, 25 February 2019, 18 July 2019, 6 September 2019, 13 September 2019, 9 October 2019 and 16 October 2019 ("Earlier Announcements”) and the circular to the shareholders of Meridian in relation to the Proposed Private Placement and Proposed Shares Issuance dated 25 January 2019 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Meridian (“Board”), Amlnvestment Bank Berhad ("Amlnvestment Bank") wishes to announce that the Board has fixed the issue price for the 40,118,300 Meridian Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement and Proposed Shares Issuance at RM0.0650 per Meridian Share.  The issue price is at a discount of approximately 1.7% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Meridian Shares up to 22 November 2019 of RM0.0661 (Source: Bloomberg).
