Further to the Company's announcement made on 25 November 2022 pertaining to the MOU entered between PDZ and Protev to assist and support each other in the collaboration that will mutually benefit both parties in providing gloves for the European and other export markets, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
