Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Jiankun wishes to announce that Jiankun had undertaken a revaluation exercise on the properties comprising 14 shops in two buildings which completed in 2011 at Danshui, Bai Yun Road, Huiyang District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China (“the Properties”).
